At the Barista & Coffee Academy of Asia, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just make coffee—but lives and breathes it, and wants to pass that passion on.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on barista experience in a specialty coffee setting
- Skilled in espresso prep, milk texturing, workflow, and drink consistency
- Experience training baristas or leading workshops is a strong advantage
- Clear, confident communication and a student-first approach to teaching
- Driven by purpose, with a deep love for coffee and education
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with a variety of coffee tools and equipment
- Certifications in Brewing, Sensory Skills, or Latte Art Grading are a plus (not required)
