REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY: Officer-in-Charge
LOCATION: Brgy. Paligawan, Silang, Cavite
JOB SUMMARY
- The Barista / Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages. This position supports various aspects of store operations, including cashiering, order taking, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of coffee/beverage preparation is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be physically fit to stand for long hours and perform cleaning or light lifting tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
