Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Luggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage, transporting it to and from their rooms, vehicles, and other designated areas.
2. Guest Assistance: Provide directions, information, and recommendations to guests regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
3. Bell Desk Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bell desk area. Answer phones, take messages, and provide general information to guests.
4. Valet Services: May assist with valet parking services, as needed.
5. Transportation: May arrange transportation for guests, such as taxis or airport shuttles.
6. Room Service Delivery: May assist with delivering room service, as needed.
7. Maintaining Security: Be vigilant in maintaining the security of guest belongings and reporting any suspicious activity.
8. Teamwork: Work effectively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service.
Qualifications:
At least High school graduate.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 pounds).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and grooming.
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of the local area and attractions
Resident of Baguio-Benguet and nearby provinces, preferred

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
