We are is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administration and support for our U.S.-based employee benefits programs. You will act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries from employees and vendors, ensuring accurate administration, compliance, and exceptional employee service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer U.S. employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, disability, 401(k), HSA, FSA, and COBRA.
- Manage Leave of Absence processes such as FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leaves.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits eligibility, coverage options, and plan details.
- Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and assist during annual open enrollment.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues related to eligibility, claims, and coverage.
- Audit enrollments, payroll deductions, and support benefits-related reconciliations and adjustments.
- Reconcile provider invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Assist with annual reporting and audits (e.g., ACA, Non-Discrimination Testing).
- Prepare benefits communication materials including brochures, email content, and SOPs.
- Ensure all processes align with SLAs, policies, and U.S. regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in U.S. employee benefits administration.
- Familiarity with U.S. benefits compliance requirements (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience using ADP or similar HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
