Job Qualification
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Psychology or any equivalent related course.
- Precision in managing employee data, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- With background in Timekeeping and handling grievances
- Advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.
- At least 2 years work experience in Compensation and Benefits process.
Job Description
- Compute payroll; collect and analyze all pertinent data (time-keeping, leaves), submit the computed payroll to the bank and to management.
