Key Responsibilities
- Check government websites and other sources to find bidding opportunities that match the company’s products and services.
- Review requests for proposals to understand what is needed.
- Build good relationships with government clients, procurement officers, and other key people throughout the process.
- Work with other departments to prepare and send bids and proposals that meet all technical and commercial requirements.
- Make sure all bid submissions follow government rules, procurement policies, and company guidelines.
- Carefully check all bid documents to make sure they are correct, complete, and meet the required standards before sending.
- Keep track of submitted bids, follow up on their status, and reply quickly to any questions or requests from government agencies.
- Share regular updates with management about bidding activities, results, and market trends.
- Review past bids to see what worked and what didn’t and suggest improvements for future bids.
