QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business courses
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- With experience in production and events is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City main office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with evaluated suppliers by bidding and awarding process from the quotations of each project
- Conducts pre procurement and provides pre bids proposal
- Ensure on time delivery of purchase and quality product
- Generally responsible on procuring items for the events and other related activities
