Salary Range: PHP 36,000
What You’ll Do:
Support a leading pet care brand by delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. Resolve concerns with empathy and accuracy while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries through voice and digital channels
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Escalate unresolved cases and maintain clear documentation
- Uphold quality and communication standards
- Collaborate across teams to improve customer outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience (Required)
- Trust and Safety experience (Required)
- Strong English communication skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proficient with tools like Zendesk and Slack
