Requirements

We are seeking a Remote Bilingual HR/Admin Assistant with fluency in both Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or administrative support, particularly within the medical and insurance industries (preferred but not required). The role will focus primarily on payroll preparation, data entry, and administrative support, with a key emphasis on ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance in a remote work environment.
