Roles and responsibilities:
- Receive and answer inbound Spanish-speaking calls.
- Receive and answer other inbound calls if necessary.
- Handle customer requests, issues, and other concerns.
- Respond to queries raised by customers and clients.
- Make outbound calls to contact customers or clients.
- Send messages to customers through chat or email.
- Process payments and returns for customers or clients.
Qualifications:
- At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level.
- College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Must be able to speak and understand Spanish.
- Knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
- Customer service (BPO) experience is an advantage but not required.
- No experience in the BPO industry? Come and join us!

- Should be willing to undergo training.
- Available to start immediately.
