Billing and Inventory Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and security in cash handling and related transactions
- Receive and process customer transactions
- Daily transfer and turnover of cash collections
- Prepare necessary documents for transactional services
- Maintain accurate system and physical inventory of hub products
- Accurately and efficiently encode and organize data
- Compile, sort, and process data and records
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reported financial information
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course (preferred)
- Experience in billing, cashiering, or inventory is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and skilled in basic accounting and data entry
- Honest, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computers and basic MS Excel
- willing to reside at Buildrite Hub, Balete Drive, Governor Leviste Highway Brgy. Bulacnin Lipa City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php11,000.00 - Php11,500.00 per month
