NOW HIRING: Inventory & Audit Associate
Location: Imus Cavite | Full-Time, On-site
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love working with numbers?
We’re looking for an Inventory & Audit Associate to join our growing team at Spartan BTY Inc.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and audit inventory movement (incoming and outgoing)
- Make sure product quantities are accurate and well-documented
- Perform stock counts and reconcile system vs. physical inventory
- Investigate discrepancies, report issues, and help improve inventory processes
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (related to Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a plus)
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory or auditing
- Knows how to use Excel or basic inventory software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable working on-site and in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 7:36 PM
On-site work at our Cavite office
