Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate billing statements for condominium dues and utilities
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections
- Reconcile customer payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized documentation of accounts and billing records
- Utilize billing software or systems to ensure smooth processing
Qualifications
✔ Graduate of Accounting or Information Technology
✔ 1–2 years’ experience in Billing & Collection, preferably in a condominium setting
✔ Proficiency with billing software or systems
✔ Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
✔ Residence in or near BGC, Taguig preferred
