RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with Body & Paintshop team members to facilitate BP repairs efficiently and courteously, ensuring both strong working relationships and a high standard of repair quality.
- Coordinate with BP Service Advisors to provide updates on ongoing repairs, recommend additional repair or parts as needed, and address any production concerns that may lead to delays, ensuring that repair timelines and customer commitments are not compromised.
- Receive and inspect all incoming BP parts for completeness and any damages, ensuring proper storage to prevent loss or further damage.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues observed with parts ti the Parts Warehouse Specialist and BP Service Advisors.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and BP repair progress to ensure high-quality repair standards and achieve daily completion rates in line with established targets.
- Conduct a BP quality inspection prior to initiating the transfer of units to LMI.
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of QC-approved BP repair vehicles back to LMI.
- Prepare and submit a daily summary report on the status of BP repairs.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree / College Level and with basic automotive technical knowledge is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in an automotive BP operation.
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service attitude
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Willingness to work in BGC Taguig City
