- Maintain accurate financial records of daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Prepare and monitor invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Maintain organized filing of financial and administrative documents.
- Assist management in budget monitoring and cash flow reports.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
- Banking activities - withdrawals and deposits
- Preparation and disbursement of Payroll
