We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with Philippine tax regulations (e.g., BIR filings). This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of local financial practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (1-3+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and government reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, SAP, or local software like JuanTax)
- Strong excel and spreedsheet skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle confidential information
The work will be on-site at our head office, located in Plaza Luma, Arayat, Pampanga.
