Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA).
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Experience with government reportorial requirements is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with Philippine taxation, journal entries, financial statements, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare external financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Create journal vouchers and issue certificates of final withholding tax for bank loans.
- Compile and submit required reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Energy (DOE), and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
- Prepare and organize documentation for the renewal of import accreditation.
- Review, monitor, and submit supplier accreditation records to management, including those under tentative or probationary status.
