Job Overview
We are hiring a Remote Bookkeeper to support our finance operations. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting a purpose-driven organization.
Responsibilities
· Manage accounts payable and receivable
· Process payroll and superannuation
· Prepare and lodge BAS statements
· Generate and send invoices
· Reconcile bank and credit card statements
· Submit claims via government portals
· Collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial reporting
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
· Proficiency in Xero accounting software
· Willingness to learn our rostering system (Sandwai)
· Understanding of Australian tax and payroll regulations
· Strong attention to detail and time management skills
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities
