Job Summary
Nao Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll support, and reconciling transactions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data and reports.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor records
Maintain the general ledger and support monthly close activities
Generate financial reports, summaries, and dashboards for leadership review
Track, categorize, and monitor business expenses to ensure budget compliance
Assist with payroll processing and employee data validation
Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Maintain accurate digital records of invoices, receipts, and statements
Job Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting roleProficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and digital finance tools (e.g., Bill.com, Triplog)
Experience with ADP WorkForce Now and UKG Ready is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Schedule Requirements:
Ability to work night shifts during Eastern Time, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday Including Holidays.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).- Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
- Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.
- Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).
- Clear webcam (720p or higher) and microphone for communication.
- Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.
