BOOKKEEPER - Hybrid/Onsite (Batangas City)
Job Description:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry
- Manage timely and precise payroll processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review
- Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or related field required
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Experience in payroll management
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Flexible in managing tasks and responsibilities
- Quick to learn and adapt to new processes
- Maintains a positive and professional work attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
