Salary: P30,000-P50,000 (Salary Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with Xero (bookkeeping and payroll)
- Experience with AWS admin tools (e.g. APN Portal, Payee Central)
- Exposure to Australian B2B invoicing practices
- Strong English skills, especially written communication for liaising with clients around invoicing
Nice to Have:
- MSP Industry
- Australian Client Experience
- Business Support experience
What will you do?
Basic Bookkeeping:
- Assist with Xero bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations and basic transaction entry
Payroll Processing:
- Support monthly payroll for our Australian team (approx. 5–10 staff) via Xero
Client Invoicing and Financial Admin:
- Prepare and issue invoices via Xero
- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic journal entries
AWS Admin Support:
- Support administration tasks related to AWS, including use of the AWS APN Portal and Payee Central
