Your Journey with ERNI: How You'll Help Out
After finishing the Academy, you'll be ready to join our teams. You'll:
- Helping design, build, and test software components, deeply understanding how AI is integrated from the ground up, and using AI tools to code, debug, and test more efficiently.
- Write quality code that meets industry standards. You'll join code reviews and use AI tools to spot issues early.
- Improving existing apps. You'll add new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance. You'll also actively work on integrating and maintaining AI-driven features like intelligent automation or predictive elements.
- Document code clearly. This includes comments, API guides, and design notes. AI tools can help here too.

Our 3-month program transforms you into a skilled Junior Software Engineer with a clear AI advantage. You'll:
- Master Core Development: Get hands-on with modern full-stack development. That includes Agile methods, backend systems, frontends, efficient database work and understand cloud computing. These are essential building blocks for any AI application.
- Deep Dive into AI Engineering: Implement AI systems and gain essential experience on key points about data gathering, data cleaning, feature engineering and system design. You'll grasp how models learn, how data powers AI, and the key components of an AI system.
