- Ensure new employees understand company policies, tools, and processes.
- Identify skills gaps and provide training to improve agent performance.
- Introduce new tools, systems, or procedures to existing employees.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions.
- Assess trainee performance through tests, assessments, and feedback.
- Track post-training performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with team leaders and QA to address training needs.
- Review common agent errors and provide targeted coaching.
- Maintain training logs, attendance, evaluation reports, and feedback summaries.
- Submit training completion reports and analysis to management.
- Provide one-on-one coaching for agents who need additional support.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 yr experience as Trainer in a BPO company
- Bachelor's Degree
- Willing to work graveyard and onsite in San Pablo City
- Can start ASAP
