About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Capability Trainer who will empower our sales teams through engaging training programs, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions to ensure sales excellence and product handling discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Sales Bootcamps, product knowledge, and merchandising training
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and certification of Van and Hub Salesmen, & Merchandisers
- Support route teams on FIFO, van and hub hygiene, and remittance processes
- Capture field insights and update training books
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
