Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage to ensure adequate manpower.
- Coordinate with central/head office regarding policy updates, reporting, and resource requirements.
- Ensure clinic compliance with company SOPs, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the clinic facility and equipment.
- Manage inventory of dental and office supplies, ensuring timely requisition and availability.
Staff Supervision & Development:
- Supervise and support clinic staff including nurses, front desk personnel, and other medical support staff.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and regular coaching to maintain service standards and clinical excellence.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, recommendations, or disciplinary actions when needed.
- Promote teamwork and a professional working environment.
Patient Care & Customer Service:
- Ensure that patients receive high-quality and timely service.
- Handle patient concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, and adherence to consultation time slots.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure data privacy compliance.
Financial & Reporting Duties:
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., patient volume, sales, inventory usage).
- Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts for the clinic branch.
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with doctors, specialists, diagnostic teams, and management for service delivery.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to report clinic performance and challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact between the branch and main office regarding operations and HR concerns.
- Perform other functions that may be designated by the immediate head
Qualifications:
- 4 years College Graduate of any related course
- With at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Willing to work at Preferably living in Santa Rosa, Laguna or nearby areas
- Willing to work at Don Jose Building, Tagaytay Road, Santa Rosa Laguna
