Best Tools is hiring an Officer-in-Charge for our Mandaue, Cebu branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day store activities.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations at all times.
- Lead and guide team members to maximize performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Business Administration or a related course.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management and customer service best practices.
Additional Requirement:
- Willing to train in Manila.
