Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of related working experience in Business Development.
- Possesses the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with Lessors and Property Owners
- With familiarity and ability to communicate the features and benefits of company products and services
- Has the ability to present in large groups
- Self starter who can work independently
Job Summary:
- Increases market presence by consistently and effectively acquires sites/locations based on target areas as set by the company
- Creates and implements strategies to be able to encourage property owners and lessors to convert their existing business into our proposed business.
- Creates a very comprehensive, detailed database of property owners so as to have a pool of sites that are available, can be converted and due for expiration.
- Develops tools and practices for site acquisition and lessor’s negotiation
- Assists CCOD regional managers in coaching and following-up CCOD area managers concerning implementation of branch expansion and relocation projects
