Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, supervising staff, and ensuring sales and service quality standards are met across multiple locations. The role requires flexibility to be assigned to any branch, depending on operational needs, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee operations across the assigned branches.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations: staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
- Manage and motivate team members to meet sales and service targets.
- Implement promotions to attract and retain clients, such as special offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal deals etc.
- Provide staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations, and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff as needed.
- Ensure the assigned branches complies with company policies and cleanliness standards.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
- Conduct client calls and follow-ups to confirm appointments, provide service details, and address inquiries.
- Maintain and handle client reservations, ensuring efficient appointment management.
- Travel to other branches based on schedule or urgent operational needs.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support spa operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role (spa, salon, retail, or service industry preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to different branches.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
