Duties and Responsibilities:
- BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
· Oversee branch performance, personnel management, policy compliance, and administrative tasks.
· Implement compliance with opening and closing memos and company policies.
· Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and work schedules, taking appropriate action as needed.
- LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:
· Lead, motivate, and coach branch employees for exceptional customer service and target achievement.
· Conduct regular meetings, and performance reviews, and recommend training and development opportunities.
· Oversee disciplinary actions and facilitate discussion of memorandums to ensure understanding and compliance.
- SALES AND MARKETING:
· Develop and execute sales strategies for units, parts, and services.
· Propose monthly marketing activities to boost inquiries and sales.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS MANAGEMENT:
· Ensure accuracy of Credit Application Forms and adherence to the 5Cs of credit.
· Monitor accounts and review collection strategies to achieve targets.
· Collaborate with collection officers on payment issues, verify itineraries and allowances, and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
- ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:
· Implement and enforce administrative processes, including inventory management, registration, record keeping, and reporting.
· Coordinate warranty claims, service appointments, and repairs for prompt customer issue resolution.
Act as a reliever in the absence of subordinates to ensure efficient task completion.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
