Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees Gaming Operations, Bldg. Administration, Customer Relations, F&B and Security
- Prepares and submits slot machine revenue performance for gaming analysis purposes
- Ensures internal control of the business (enhancement of operations efficiency, cost saving measures & safeguarding company assets)
- Monitors implementation of Casino Marketing, such as supervising events, raffle promos and other marketing campaigns
- Establishes and implements departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures
- Implements slot operations strategic plans
- Reviews revenue reports, makes recommendations on opportunities for efficiencies
- Prepare and submit reports and tasks directed by the Operations Manager
- Resolves customer disputes such as reports irregularities and suspicious activities
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Maintains all service standards
- Provides leadership, mentoring and direction to gaming slot operators at the site
- Develops performance objectives and delivers performance evaluations for direct reports
- Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders, guests, and employees
- Interview, hire and train employees, plan assign and direct work, manage staff performance, reward, and provide feedback to employees, address complaints and resolve any problem that may arise
- Oversees all facets of Gaming Operations
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree. Background in Law or Accountancy is good to have
- At least 5-years of related working experience in a leadership/managerial role related to Gaming
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Must have thorough knowledge of PAGCOR gaming policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Unquestionable Integrity
- Business and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge in hiring, training, coaching & performance management skills
- Possess strong leadership skills and personality
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
