Primarily responsible for the overall efficient operation and systematic flow of the stores. Specifically ensures profitability while maintaining the set reputation/standards of the company. Also responsible for the restaurant's business performance, maintaining the standard food, service, health, and safety, and implementing promotional strategies and other store events and activities.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any Business Course, with Masteral units an advantage
- At least 5 years experience in a similar or related job; 3 years of which is in a Managerial capacity
- Knowledge in the following areas:
- full-service restaurant
- Management and leadership skill
- Sales Analysis
- People/Public Relations
- Proficient in the following dimensions of management: HR, planning, communicating, mentoring, and development
- Can start ASAP!
