Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of broiler management practices, including breeding, nutrition, health and biosecurity
- Familiarity with Philippine Agriculture regulations and industry standards. - Demonstrated experience overseeing the entire broiler production cycle, from hatchery to processing
- Experience in managing a large-scale broiler farm with a substantial number of birds.
- Knowledge of modern farming technologies, such as automated systems, ventilation and climate controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science or related field. - With proven experience in a broiler farming and management
- Proficient in systems such as Big Dutch Man, Val-co, Chore-Time, and other known broiler controllers
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
