-An animal science / husbandry graduate, with or without experience on broiler production (mas prefer po ang may experience)
-Applicable to both Internal and Contract Grower Farms
Period to Stay at the Farm:
-1 Day +5Days upon chickin
at least a day before Chick IN - to make sure that the farm is ready to accept DOCs, conduct swabbing test, checking of drinking lines, heaters, and other brooding supplies;
Day 1-5 - to make sure that the brooding period are within standard such as but not limited to temperature, humidity, ventilation, feed intake.
with this, a BPO can handle 4 farms a month (this is applicable for farms with atleast 90,000 birds or 3 bldgs and up)
REPORTS must be made and submitted to the Broiler Production Supervisor (BPS)
