We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Broker Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Training: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of brokers.
- Strategy Development: Formulate and implement business strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
- Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Accreditation of Brokers: Oversee the accreditation process for brokers, ensuring they meet all necessary qualifications and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Must possess at least 72 units in college or College/Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Proven experience in brokerage management with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Closer: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Personality: Must have confidence, positive attitude, enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-oriented.
- People Skills: Can work in a team and has high sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-motivation
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
