Job Summary:
- Must be open to work in Timog Avenue, QC.
- Responsible in providing assistance to the Building Admin Officer/ Supervisor on Standard Building Administrative Functions such as Safety Protocol, Cleanliness and sanitation, implementation of building rules and safety compliance and maintenance.
- Must be able to drive both motorcycle and car (ability to drive Canter truck is a plus but not required).
- Will perform Admin utility tasks such as paper works, photocopying and some maintenance works.
- Temporary work arrangement during pandemic: Must also be open to report some days in Warehouse Pasig and perform Warehouse utility tasks
- Knowledge in BASIC plumping, mechanic and basic electrical troubleshoot is plus.
- With Professional Driver's license is a plus.
