Duties & Responsibilities
To Manage and oversee overall building operations and maintenance of facilities on a day-to-day basis enduring these are in compliance with all applicable regulations. This would include regular reporting to the Condominium Corporation's Board of Trustees of the status of the physical and financial condition of the condo.
- Renewal of government permits
- Renewal of preventive maintenance contracts
- Inspect different areas of the property, along with contractual supervisors
- Coordinate Fire/Earthquake Drill
- Implement House Rules and Regulations
- Conduct tenant calls
- Prepare operating and capital expenditure budget
- Coordinate with staff regarding building concerns
- Attend staff meeting
- Prepare and facilitate board meeting
- Cash audit and control
Requirements:
- Graduate of any engineering college course
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Building Management/Facilities Management
- Basic Accounting skills
- Customer-oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Diplomacy in handling difficult situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
