Job Title: Business Analyst - Supply Chain and Inventory Management– Virtual Assistant
Schedule: 6AM-2PM, Tuesday to Saturday
Salary: P25,000-P40,000
We're looking for sharp, committed, and hard-working individuals to join our team. As a virtual assistant, you will be managing inventory, performing bookkeeping, and maintaining product listing for ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities
1. Full sets of accounts (bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, reporting, etc)
2. Tax computation and filing
3. Inventory management and control
4. Product research and development
Requirements
- English proficiency
- High-speed internet connection
- Good and trainable attitude
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Device Specifications
- Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent
- Windows (preferred) or Mac (with MS Office) OS
- At least 8GB RAM
- Noise-canceling headset
