We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing reporting processes, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering insights that drive operational excellence. This role focuses on optimizing data workflows, creating dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations to improve call center performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Dashboards:
- Design and maintain reports for tracking key performance metrics.
- Build intuitive dashboards for business reviews and performance analysis.
- Implement basic automation to streamline reporting processes.
Data Analysis and Recommendations:
- Analyze operational data to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign efficiency and agent performance.
- Offer recommendations backed by data to improve operational outcomes.
Business Process Evaluation:
- Evaluate current processes and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows and implement enhancements.
- Create visual models of current and future processes to guide decision-making.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and understand their needs.
- Clearly present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
Qualifications:
General Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Google Sheet and Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Big Query or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting techniques.
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a data analyst or reporting role, preferably in a BPO or call center setting.
- Background in evaluating business processes and implementing improvements.
- Exposure to programming (e.g., VBA, SQL) is a plus.
