Job Title: Business Development Associate / Sales Associate - Technology
(Davao City – Full-Time, On-Site, with U.S. Client Focus)
Overview:
Apiagne, Inc., a U.S.-based Splunk-certified IT services and managed support provider, is expanding its operations in Davao City, Philippines. We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate / Sales Associate - Technology to support global business development efforts and contribute to our growth in the U.S., Asia, and Australia.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident in engaging with international clients, has a strong understanding of IT services, and can manage sales outreach, lead qualification, and pre-sales coordination in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential business clients via LinkedIn, online directories, and industry forums
- Execute outbound email campaigns, social media outreach, and follow-ups
- Manage initial prospect engagement and schedule discovery calls for senior sales or technical leads
Client Engagement & Qualification
- Conduct initial qualification conversations using provided scripts and criteria
- Understand client needs in relation to Information Technology Services
- Splunk services, cybersecurity, observability, ITSI and ITSM solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the early stages of the sales cycle
CRM & Sales Support
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and communication history in CRM tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Assist in preparing capability decks, introductory proposals, quotes, and follow-up documentation
- Collaborate with the U.S. business development team to ensure alignment with quarterly goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or account coordination (BPO, SaaS, or IT preferred)
- Familiarity with IT services, managed service providers (MSPs), or tools like Splunk, ServiceNow, or cybersecurity platforms is a plus
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficient with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms
Preferred Traits:
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable in a performance-based sales environment
- Tech-savvy and able to articulate high-level service offerings clearly
- Detail-oriented and organized in tracking follow-ups and sales status
- Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate U.S. time zones (EST/PST) when needed
Compensation Package:
PHP “negotiable”/month, based on experience + commission on closed opportunities
Fast-track promotion opportunity to Business Development Manager based on performance
Work Setup:
