Job Summary:
As a Business Development Officer for PAAS with a focus on Product Maintenance Lead and Service Contract Generation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and sustainability of the company’s service-based business model. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and creating value-driven service contracts that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Business Development and Relationship Management:
- Develop comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and customer needs
- Recognizable potential markets and target customer segments for product maintenance and service contracts.
- Develop and implement business development strategies for expanding PaaS offerings
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business partnerships and alliances
Service Contract Generations and Management:
- Develop and negotiate service contracts tailored to meet client needs and maximize value.
- Ensure contracts are aligned with LPI’s business objectives and compliance standards.
- Manage and monitor contract performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Product Maintenance and Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the implementation of maintenance programs for LPI’s product offerings
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure products are maintained and serviced efficiently.
- Develop lifecycle management plans to extend product lifespan and enhance customer value.
Whole product management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive product solutions.
- Ensure all aspects of the product, including features, maintenance, and service, are integrated and aligned.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on financial performance related to PaaS initiatives.
- Develop pricing strategies for service contracts that balance profitability with client value.
- Prepare regular reports and forecast for senior management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant industry regularizations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with service contracts and products maintenance.
Other Deliverables
- Report weekly deliverables to immediate superiors.
- Conduct monthly innovation presentation for existing market.
- Perform works according to established policies and professional standards and ensures strict adherence to safety protocols, procedures and standards.
- Perform other functions and activities, whether related or unrelated to the position, which may be assigned from time to time as dictated by business exigencies.
Education and Licenses
- Graduate of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering and related courses.
- An MBA is ideal but not required.
- State professional license is ideal but not required.
- Driving License required.
Qualifications:
- 3 years’relevant experience in the field is required.
- 2-3 years of experience with PaaS
- Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Research and Editing skills.
- Attention to details and result-oriented.
- Independent and able to demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
