About the Role
Psychz Networks is a global leader in high-performance hosting, DDoS mitigation, and bare-metal infrastructure with data centers in North America, Europe, and Asia. We seek a technical-minded business development/sales professional who can help us identify opportunities, build relationships, and grow revenue.
This role is a hybrid of outbound sales, quoting, and account management. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to build pipelines, follow up on leads, generate and manage quotes, and, most importantly, close deals.
Candidates with experience in Tech sector technical sales, especially in the hosting, colocation, cloud infrastructure, or network services space, are strongly preferred.
This is a remote, full-time role for candidates based in the Philippines with excellent written and verbal English, a head for technology, and the curiosity to learn the nuances of our infrastructure offerings and pricing.

ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Engagement
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound research (LinkedIn, directories, previous inquiries).
- Respond promptly to inbound messages or quote requests from prospective customers.
- Book and prepare for introductory sales calls with qualified leads.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
Pricing, Quoting & Closing
- Understand the company’s core pricing structures across bandwidth, server types, and geographic locations.
- Use Excel-based pricing templates and configuration guidelines to generate quotes. Revise quotes based on client feedback and budget limits.
- Coordinate with the internal tech team when configuration details or delivery timelines are unclear.
- Guide prospects through final decision-making and confidently close deals to meet revenue targets. Get contracts signed and transition new customers to the onboarding team.
- Earn predictable, structured bonuses based on the size and volume of deals closed, providing a clear financial incentive to close more business.
- Contribute to team targets and regularly review your performance against metrics like lead conversion rates, deal velocity, and client retention.
Client Relationship Management
- Check in periodically with existing clients to assess satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
- Proactively identify upsell or renewal opportunities based on usage patterns and contract terms.
- Escalate client needs to technical support or the executive team where necessary.
- Track and report on account health, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are:
- Experienced in B2B business development and sales in the Tech sector, including cold outreach, prospect qualification, quoting, and closing deals.
- Confident using Excel to generate pricing quotes and a CRM app to track client interactions, deal stages, and account status.
- Friendly, persuasive, and comfortable interfacing with prospects via email, phone, chat, or video.
- Knowledgeable about hosting, networking, or IT infrastructure services, and able to learn new technical concepts quickly.
- Proactive about follow-up, CRM hygiene, and managing your own funnel.
- Motivated by clearly defined bonuses and open to evolving with the role.

Schedule & Expectations
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, remote WFH.
- Working hours aligned with U.S. Pacific Time (PT).
- Must be reachable during working hours (by VOIP phone, WhatsApp, text message, etc.)
- Must demonstrate initiative and strong attention to detail.
- No concurrent work (full-time or freelance) permitted.
- 15 days of annual paid leave (10 vacation days and 5 sick/personal leave days).
- Paid days off on U.S. public holidays.
How You’ll Know This Role Is Right for You
You have 3+ years of experience in B2B business development and technical sales in the Tech sector, ideally in the hosting, data center, or infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) space. You’re confident in generating leads, writing quotes, and closing deals. You thrive on responding to client needs and keeping deals moving.
You’re fluent in English (verbal and written), personable, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and eager to work with a high-growth company that values autonomy, accountability, and impact.
