The Role: Unlock Asia Pacific for Finalrentals
We’re seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Executive based in the Philippines to spearhead our expansion across Asia Pacific and ASEAN. This role is your opportunity to open up exciting new territories, onboard ambitious local car rental businesses, and build Finalrentals’ footprint across key markets such as Japana, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Newzealand and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the hunt: Identify and engage local car rental businesses across APAC and ASEAN to join our growing franchise network.
- Sales ownership: Manage the entire sales process—from outreach and discovery to closing and onboarding.
- Pitch with purpose: Understand the pain points of each operator and demonstrate how Finalrentals can transform their business with our technology, global access, and support.
- Remote champion: Build trust and partnerships digitally—via video calls, emails, and CRM engagement.
- Work collaboratively: Coordinate with our UK and global teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and long-term success for your partners.
- Stay organized: Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate sales data and deal flow.
- Attend virtual and in-person industry events when required to network and promote Finalrentals across the region.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales performer—ideally in franchise, SaaS, travel tech, or mobility.
- Excellent communicator—strong written and verbal English skills, plus bonus points for regional languages.
- Self-starter: You’re comfortable working remotely, managing your own pipeline, and hitting targets without micromanagement.
- CRM-savvy: Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
- Culturally aware: Familiar with the diversity and business dynamics across Asia Pacific and ASEAN.
- Bonus: Understanding of the car rental, mobility, or travel industry is a plus.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
