Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries, particularly those in need of data management solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and acquire new clients, with a focus on data efficiency, availability, and protection services.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the IT and data management sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.
- Create and implement successful marketing and sales campaigns tailored to the IT industry, specifically targeting data management service solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their data management needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, technology advancements, and best practices in data management.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, showcasing our data management services and value proposition.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of expectations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales activity and progress towards targets, providing regular updates to management.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide specific metrics to quantify success, such as percentage increase in sales, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Brand Representation:
- Promote our brand and services through various channels, including social media, professional associations, and online platforms.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver comprehensive data management solutions.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to formulate detailed insights and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the IT or data management industry.
- Strong understanding of data management processes, including data efficiency, availability, and protection.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledgeable in marketing strategies and able to adapt to the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
- Must be adaptable, results-driven, and able to provide specific metrics to quantify success.

Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
