Key Responsibilities
Candidate Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate interview logistics, confirmations, and follow-ups to both candidates and interviewers in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions throughout the recruitment process.
Administrative Support
- Post and manage job listings across internal platforms and external job boards.
- Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate candidate records and status changes.
- Review resumes and applications to assist in identifying candidates who meet basic qualifications.
- Monitor candidate pipelines, track hiring progress, and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
Documentation & Compliance
- Draft and distribute offer letters and other employment-related documentation.
- Ensure all recruitment practices align with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.
- Assist with background checks and onboarding documentation to support a smooth hiring process.
Recruitment Team Support
- Organize logistics for job fairs, recruitment events, and talent sourcing initiatives.
- Maintain the recruitment calendar and collaborate with HR and hiring managers to track open positions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and talent acquisition teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally within HR, recruitment, or staffing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
