The Business Development Manager drives growth in the healthcare sector by identifying new opportunities, implementing development strategies, managing sales, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role includes leading the sales team and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Market Analysis
- Identify and evaluate new healthcare opportunities
- Conduct market research on trends and competitors
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans.
- Deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
2. Sales & Marketing Initiatives
- Promote and sell clinic services to meet targets.
- Conduct presentations, tours, and upsell to patients.
- Negotiate client and partner contracts.
- Present detailed sales performance reports.
3. Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with healthcare partners and corporate clients.
- Customize packages for corporate/VIP clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for aligned efforts.
4. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and coach the sales team.
- Conduct evaluations and identify training needs.
- Foster a results-oriented team culture.
5. Operations & Reporting
- Oversee payment compliance and contract management.
- Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership on proposals and rates.
- Improve corporate services and sales processes
General Responsibilities:

Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development/sales, preferably in healthcare.
