We are looking for a skilled End-to-End Technical Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to join our team and help us attract top technical talent.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Quality Sourcing of Candidates: Leverage various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract high-quality technical candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
- Report Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Promote [Your Company] as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT industry sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
