KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retail Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and execute retail-focused marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
Oversee brand positioning and visual merchandising to maintain a strong retail presence.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and optimize digital marketing efforts.
Implement customer loyalty programs and promotions to increase retention.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the brand’s retail presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Develop trade marketing strategies for in-store activations, promotions, and product launches.
- Support e-commerce growth through online sales strategies and digital marketing integration.
Retail Event & Campaign Management
Plan and execute retail activations, pop-up stores, sponsorships, and promotional events.
Manage relationships with shopping malls, retail distributors, and franchise partners.
Monitor and analyze event and campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts.
Digital & In-Store Marketing Strategies
- Supervise content creation, promotional materials, and in-store branding.
- Utilize Google Drive, Canva, and Microsoft Office tools to create marketing assets.
- Optimize retail website and e-commerce platforms for increased customer engagement.
Market Research & Product Development
- Conduct customer insights research to understand shopping behavior and purchasing trends.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers for product development and packaging.
- Stay updated on industry innovations, sustainability trends, and consumer preferences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, brand management, or business development.
- Proven track record in trade marketing, in-store promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience in retail activation, in-store branding, and visual merchandising.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
