SariMonde Foods Corporation (SMFC), a subsidiary of Monde Nissin Corporation, is now hiring Business Development Project Specialist.
Help us shape the future of bread distribution! We’re looking for a Business Development Project Specialist to lead the end-to-end development of a new distribution model—from strategy to execution. This role will empower entrepreneurs, optimize operations, and drive SMFC’s growth.
Role Description:
This project-based position involves:
Recruitment, Screening & Interviews: Leading the search, assessment, and selection of potential entrepreneur partners.
Entrepreneur Onboarding: Facilitating accreditations, aligning processes, and designing business coverage areas.
Training & Deployment: Delivering training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational guidelines.
Monitoring & Performance Review: Tracking KPIs, conducting fieldwork, analyzing profitability, and recommending strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Willing to conduct fieldwork in South Luzon, Greater Manila Area, and nearby provinces.
Holder of a professional driver’s license is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
