Job Description
- Prepare and cut meat products according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher area.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat to comply with food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Operate and maintain butcher equipment safely.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a butcher, preferably in a commissary or food production environment.
- Knowledge of meat cuts, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to operate butchering tools and equipment.
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to be assigned in Marikina
Job Type: Full-time
