We're Hiring: Buyers Agent Virtual Assistant (Australian Real Estate)
Are you an experienced virtual assistant with a knack for Australian real estate and a pro with Zoho CRM? We're looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Buyers Agent Virtual Assistant to support our client, an Australian Buyers Agent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a remote contractor to work from the comfort of their home, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Philippine time.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our client's operations by:
- Managing and responding to client emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilizing Zoho CRM to streamline workflows and manage client information.
- Navigating and extracting valuable data from key real estate platforms including Realestate.com.au, Domain.com.au, and RPData.
To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM.
- Demonstrable experience using Realestate.com.au, Domain.com.au, and RPData.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Requirements for this remote role:
- A reliable and reasonable internet connection.
- A backup generator in case of power outages.
- You will be required to use company-supplied equipment.
